一、表达个人中性观点

当你要表达对某件事的观点，而且没有强烈的情绪时，可以使用以下表达。

1、I believe / feel ...

例句：I believe (that) insterest is the best motivator.

2、I'd say ...

例句：I'd say what I love most about it is the mystery.

3‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍、As I see it ...‍‍‍‍‍‍

例句：As I see it, shopping websites are the most popular websites in my country.

4、The way I see it ...

例句：The way I see it, there are two possible ways to deal with violent TV shows.

5、My belief / view is ...

例句：My view is that the pop singers should not deserve so much incomes.

6、In my view ...

例句：In my view, new architectural styles can exist perfectly well alongside an older style.

7、From my point of view ...

例句：From my point of view, I believe that e-books will replace traditional books.

8、If you ask me ...

二、强调自己的观点

当你想要强调自己的观点、表达强烈情绪时，可以用以下表达方式。

1、I'm sure ...

例句：I'm sure that she was really scared at that time.

2、I'm certain ...

例句：I'm certain that he is an efficient engineer.

3、I'm convinced ...

例句：I'm convinced that he has learned from his mistakes.

4、I'm positive ...

例句：I'm positive that my parents and friends will never hurt me.

5、It's unquestionably true ...

例句：It's unquestionably true that we will send emails less and less as smartphones are much better at dealing with productive work-tasks.

6、There's no doubt that ...

例句：There's no doubt that all this new technology is changing the way we work.

7、There's not a doubt in my mind that ...

例句：There's not a doubt in my mind that cats and dogs are the most popular animals in China.

 加入副词 perfectly, absolutely, quite, reasonably, fairly等，可以增强同意的程度。

I'm perfectly / reasonably sure

我完全/合理地相信

I'm quite / fairly certain

我相当确定

I'm absolutely convinced

我绝对相信

 

三、表达不确定的观点

 

当你表达不确定的观点时，可以使用这些表达方式。

1、I assume / guess / suppose / imagine ...

例句：I guess it is a good way to learn languages when you study and live overseas.

2、I doubt / suspect ...

例句：I doubt that the charm of the physical book will be lost one day.
