专家研究,在US等发达国家,更多的选择并不能带来更多的幸福感,在过去几年中,感到非常幸福的人的比例下降了5%。虽然幸福感的下降是由多种原因造成的,但是过多的选择无疑在这之中扮演了重要的角色。 一位专家做的调查中,请人们将自己对于“做出选择的tendency”进行打分,从1到10。高分的人被归为maximiser, 较低的人为称为satisfier.
